Biography
Doug MacArthur is owner of Optimum Results Consulting, bringing more than 46 years of operational experience in the oil and gas industry across roles from field operator through to superintendent. For the past 24 years, he has led regulatory compliance initiatives through his firm, with the last 12 years focused specifically on LDAR program development, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
Doug's team currently conducts approximately 1,500 surveys annually across oil and gas installations in Alberta for a range of producers.
